Pandemic Unemployment Insurance Programs End

As of 6/27/2021, the Pandemic Unemployment Insurance Programs have ended.

These programs include:

  • Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation Program (FPUC)
    • Additional $300.00
  • Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation Program (PEUC)
    • Extension for Regular UI
  • Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Program (PUA)
    • Self-Employed and Gig Worker Assistence
  • Mixed Earners Unemployment Compensation Program (MEUC)
    • Additional $100.00 for those with self-employment and traditional wages
  • Reimbursable Employers Credit Program.

Individuals can still apply for regular Unemployment Insurance benefits at MontanaWorks.gov under pre-pandemic program regulations. Eligibility requirements are: being able to work, available for work, and actively seeking work. We continue to process issues on the federal programs listed above, covering time periods prior to 6/27/2021.
