WIOA Eligible Training Providers
To apply to be a Montana Eligible Training Provider or to manage your Training Provider account, go to the MontanaWorks Business Portal.
MTDLI collects program performance data to evaluate program effectiveness and monitor compliance. For continued eligibility, all training providers must meet reporting and performance requirements.
Training providers must submit program performance reports annually, based on the program year (PY)/ reporting period of July 1 – June 30.
For the purposes of maintaining eligibility for Montana’s ETPL, MTDLI uses minimum performance standards for the credential attainment rate, employment rate 2nd and 4th quarter after exit, and median earnings 2nd quarter after exit for all student measures. These minimum performance standards will be set at Montana’s lowest negotiated performance rate for the Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs developed with USDOL for the biennial program year and posted annually on this site.
| Performance Standard Rates | PY26 | PY27 |
|---|---|---|
| Employment Rate 2nd Quarter After Exit | 71% | 71% |
| Employment Rate 4th Quarter After Exit | 71% | 71% |
| Median Earnings in the 2nd Quarter After Exit | $10,000 | $10,000 |
| Credential Attainment | 55% | 55% |
