Important Unemployment Information

Montana is modernizing their Unemployment Insurance (UI) Systems. Beginning October 2, 2023, a new Claimant Center will be available for you.

All UI services including the Claims Processing Phone Center phone line will be unavailable from Thursday, September 28, 2023 after 5:00pm until Monday, October 2, 2023 by 8:00am.

What do you need to do?

Any information you need to provide to the agency, provide it as soon as possible.
File your weekly payment request for the week ending September 23, 2023 no later than September 28, 2023
